Japan’s largest bookstore Tsutaya is opened @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil
Japan’s largest bookstore Tsutaya officially opens its first Southeast Asian store in Malaysia! And I'm glad to be the first few that queued and visited the place with my friend and couz, Drake. :)
We went there around evening time and the queue, oh well, let's just say we actually queue up for about an hour. We did give a duration, if the queue too slow, we would give up. But luckily to our surprise, it's quite fast! I've been eyeing to get a magazine from this store since I saw it last Sunday before it's open to public. Hence, I need to give it a try to get it! :)
I don't get how these thick face people can just crossed the
red barrier just to cut queue then thick face said they did "queue up"
when all of us queue for almost an hour... Life is so not fair kan... but, oh well...
The store spans over 31,000 sq ft - with more than 264,000 books, stationary and gifting to be on display, along with a modern café to lounge in.
It is a lifestyle bookstore that integrates books, stationery, groceries, and coffee. But I haven't get to try on any food or drinks yet. Will do so next time when the crowd is lesser bah....
Honestly, I love going to bookstores especially Japanese bookstores because they have many interesting books / magazines and not to be missed out kawaii stationaries section! But benda kat sini, see jer la ya... Survey survey dulu cause, lepas you see the price tag... mmm... mmg worth the price cause all sah Made in Japan bah! And some of the products are exclusive items just for Tsutaya Bukit Jalil. Like their Mt. Fuji glass cup that is selling for more than RM1k but already sold out on the first day before 4pm. Limited edition la tu...
Yes to Detective Conan comic all the time! <3
Impressive metal tray with impressive price
Mission accomplished. Let's GO HOME!
