Tea time at Godiva
No special reason, juz wanna treat my dear to drink since v both wanted to try it since the first Godiva was open at KLCC excluding KLIA la... First, we went to KLCC to collect my salary from Dior and ang pau from my senior, Vicki. Then v even watch 2 movies at KLCC; Inkheart and Valkyrie.
Well, Inkheart is a movie from a best selling children-novel is about a 12-year-old girl named Meggie Folchart whose life changes dramatically when she realizes that her father, a bookbinder named Mortimer (Mo), has an unusual ability: when he reads aloud, he can bring characters from books into the real world. Meggie and Mo's adventure takes them throughout Europe, particularly Italy, and brings them into contact with many unusual characters. Eliza Bennett and Brendan Fraser were the first to be cast, as Meggie and Mo. Paul Bettany played the role of Dustfinger; Rafi Gavron played Farid (the handsome Ali Baba); Jim Broadbent played the part of Fenoglio; Helen Mirren played Elinor Loredan, and Andy Serkis as Capricorn. Sienna Guillory played the part of Resa, and Jamie Foreman played Basta. The film directed by Iain Softley. The genre contains fantasy, adventure and action.
***FYI
Fact #1: Cruise's casting caused controversy among German politicians and members of vonStauffenberg's family because of the actor's practice of Scientology, which is considered a totalitarian organization in the country. German newspapers and filmmakers supported the film to spread global awareness of von Stauffenberg's plot.
Fact #2: The actor, TomCruise prepared for the role for eight months by hiring a researcher, studying history books, and speaking with some of von Stauffenberg's family. Since vonStauffenberg lost his left eye, right hand and two fingers on his left hand in an Allied attack in Tunisia, Cruise affected the same disabilities to practice dressing, moving items and writing.
After the movie, we walk over to Pavilion since I discover short-cut (thanks to my bro, Alex who taught me) way that can reach Pavilion in lik 15 minutes time! =) After doin some shoppin, we then went to Godiva Chocolatier Cafe to try their choc drinks since it damn famous and expensive at KLCC. Godiva cafe, which owned by Valiram Group; was surrounded by all luxurious botiques (which are Salvatore Ferragamo, Sincere, Omega and Bally). We ordered Dark Chocolate Decadence from their Godiva Chocolixir selection and also a piece of creamy White Chocolate Cake.
Overall, the environment is very nice and peaceful; the cake and the drink is nice. Mayb bcoz we ordered Dark Choc and White Choc, it sum how blend nicely as one is bitter while another one is sweet~ =D And not to miss out, the very nice and friendly waiter who recommend us which cake is better. And he reminded me of my fren who does sound and look lik him! =) We enjoyed oursleves over there while so many shoppers passin by us lookin at us from front and all the way from the top floors because first, the choc, foods and drinks that they sell is expensive (to me); second, it's because we are the only customer over there conquerin the whole cafe! Muahaha~ I even pay a visit to my collegues at Ferragamo! I miss all of them so muchie~ Esp Suki and Joey!
I really do not know how to compare between Godiva and Theobrama; because both hav their very own unique taste! For me, both also very nice and deserve to pay tat much for that price! :s At least, I can afford to oni buy Theobrama's choc to eat than to Godiva's! For more info bout this Godiva choc, you can check out from here.
After finishin the last sip of the drinks, v then cont' back my shoppin journey! =) While walkin to the centre court, we heard ppl singin "Lao Shu Ai Tao Mie" = "Mousie Love Rice" = "Tikus Cinta Beras", where we both agree it muz be those local not-so-famous singer singing on stage...
It was then when we walk nearer to the stage, we later oni find out that it was actually a Hong Kong actor, Kwok Chun On who was singing! We both laugh bcoz we din realise it was him actually and v even misunderstood him! :p
Well, he was here at Pavilion actually to help to raise funds for needy organisations. He even potray as Ah Wong; in order to ask people to donate as much as they can. This events was organise by Parkson.
Overall, I did enjoyed myself wif my dear coz I so long din see him ad! Lik from exam time, I was busy preparing for war, then join classmate to Penang trip then went to fren's house durin CNY. Thanks dear for bringin me to the movie! Hope you enjoy urself too! Godiva roxx! =p
Therefore, that's all I'm gonna share today! Till then, bye!
Signing off! Ciao~

Paul Bettany as Dustfinger, who plays wif fire
Cutie Rafi Gavron as Farid who wants to learn
Dragon's Breathe from Dustfinger
And Andy Serkis as Capricorn, the villian of this movie
Next, since we hav lotz time, we continue our day by watchin Valkyrie. This movie is actually out in Christmas 2008 but somehow reach Malaysia in Feb 2009. So darn late! Valkyrie is a historical thriller film set in Nazi Germany (that speak German at the begining of the show which were then slowly translated into English later on) during World War II, directed by Bryan Singer and starring Tom Cruise, of coz. Becoz Tom Cruise was attracted to the role based on the resemblance of his profile to the colonel's. This film depicts the July 20, 1944 plot by German army officers to assassinate Adolf Hitler and to use the Operation Valkyrie; (that's where the name of this movie came from) national emergency plan to take control of the country.

This movie is very nice, funny and interesting to watch if were compare to Bedtime Stories coz this movie somehow looks more real to me than Bedtime Stories coz this has feature Rapunzel and also Cinderella! =D Therefore, I rate this movie 7.5 out of 10. =)

Suitable to be potray in this movie! and I love their uniform!
Tom Cruise as Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg
Valkyrie, is a movie based on a true story Valkyrie opens with a Colonel Stauffenberg in Africa, penning in a journal his thoughts about World War II, and how he feels Hitler is destroying Germany. Stauffenberg states he took an oath to swear allegiance to Hitler, but feels he owes more to Germany. Shortly thereafter, the camp in Africa is attacked and Stauffenberg is badly injured, losing one of his eyes, his right hand, and two fingers from his left hand. Towards the ending, all of them were captured and Hitler somehow survived from the boom Cruise and other made. Cruise at the end somehow died after screaming "Long live sacred Germany!" The film concludes with a byline announcing Hitler's suicide less than a year later, and reveals that Stauffenberg's wife and children survived. Well, although the movie ended wif not a happy ending, at least they try to show us how small group of ppl tryin to assassinate Adolf Hitler in order to hav a peaceful life, where we cant see it in real life. It mayb a very borin story to those who doesnt lik history, but to me, I lik it very much. It's a difficult task for Cruise who actually nid to act as if he lost a hand, an eye and oso two fingers as he nids to show us how he'll button his shirt, and closing up his bag and all. Bravo Cruise! =D Therefore, I rate this movie 8 out of 10 because of how this story is being bring up bout Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg's life! Respect his bravery! Because if I were him, I did be chicken out to kill the weird misai fella! =p *salute*
